Parkour

Age 7-8

>This class creates a strong foundation by building coordination and fitness through games, drills, and obstacle courses. The floor and equipment are padded and difficult techniques are broken down into simpler progressions, making learning safe and accessible for any level of fitness.

Children will have fun learning the fundamentals of parkour and building confidence in their abilities through repeated growth and success.

Age 9-11

Children are taught drills, techniques, and exercises that build coordination, total body fitness, and fundamental parkour skills. The floor and equipment are padded and difficult techniques are broken down into simpler progressions, allowing children to safely work up to more advanced movements. Children who master basic progressions are taught more advanced movements, building skill and self confidence as they master new techniques.

Age 12+

Open to all skill levels, this class is designed for teens who are serious about learning parkour. Basic techniques are taught and refined until students can turn them into more advanced movements. Students are given the tools to safely learn and progress on their own should they wish to take their training outside. This includes fundamental knowledge they can apply to all their techniques and strategies to safely work up to difficult challenges. Each class includes
sport-specific strength and conditioning.
